Best Land Plot to Buy in Skyrim

Where to buy land in Skyrim’s question is very easy. As long as you have the money and the time to complete the quest from Jarl then you’ll have a land plot in no time. Please note this in Heartfire DLC. You cannot buy land if you do not have the DLC.

There are 3 land plots you can buy. There is the Falkreath, the Pale, and the Hjaalmarch. All three land plots are slightly different. The only big difference would be the land’s location and the landscape. There are no major advantages over the other.

Although, some locations like Hjaalmarch may not be completely safe and so the land of the Pale. They all have something unique like the Pale land plot containing a bee farm. However, these very small and may be redundant by choosing where to buy the land.

Now, let’s go over where to buy the land in Skyrim and complete all the requirements.

Which is the best Heathfire land plot?

This is not an easy question to answer as it may vary from each person likings and play style.

The land plots are located in three different areas with three different types of land. The Danwstar is all cover in Snow, Morthal is in a swamp, and Falkreath is in the wood. Based on your character, choose something close that resembles your character characteristic and style.

Or not. You can approach this in a totally subjective way. You can choose your land plot however you please. I would prefer the woods because I personally like nature but maybe you like snow and your ideal house would be in a snow place.

Now each land plot comes in with few extra goodies that might interest you before your decision.

The Falkreath land, you’re surrounded by a quarry and it also has a Bee farm. The only thing to note that the location may be a bit too out of place due to the land being all the way to the south.

The Hjaalmarch land has a fish hatchery which could be very useful if you’re into that. The land may be not safe due to vampires and Chaurus Reapers among others nearby. It is also is located in a swamp so it may be not appealing to many. Again, it depends on what kind of character you have and how challenging your needs are.

The Pale land plot has a grain mill. Aside from the great view, giants are the only trouble NPCs that might cause you trouble.

This is a beginners guide and maybe you have more stuff to add. If you do, leave a comment below.
