If you’re looking to get you Teenage Sim pregnant for any reason,
then you’re in luck!
There are a Sims 4 teenage pregnancy cheat and mod!
Cheats are much easier to implement than mods but mods works are easier once they are set up.
Pregnancy Cheat
“ctrl” +”shift”+”C”
testingcheats true
sims.get_sim_id_by_name {firstname}{lastname}
Just replace ‘firstname’ with your sims first name and same with last name on the second box.
Leave the brackets on as they are needed to activate the cheat.
If you want to have multiple babies, then use the cheat below.
Note: 8 babies are the maximum number allowed per household.
pregnancy.force_offspring_count {simID} {amount}

Pregnancy Mods for Teens
For mods, you will need MC command center and MC Wohoo. Really easy to do with the easy steps below.
If you have MC command center and skip to the MC Woohoo settings below.
If you do not have then see below the download links and the installing guide below.
Please note this tutorial is for PC users and not for consoles.

MC is really easy to install but if you need additional help, I have included tutorial videos just in case you need the extra help.

Installing MC: Command Center
To begin, you have to download the mod. Please note that the mc_cmd_center.ts4script is needed at all time.
The other modules are all optional.
You can keep them if you’re going to use them or delete them if you’re not.
Totally up to you. The next step is to make sure the modules and packages are placed in the same folder.
It should in a folder at one level deep in the Sims 4 mod folder structure.
For example, “The Sims 4\Mods\MCCC” is ok but “The Sims 4\Mods\Script Mods\MCCC” is not.
The Sims 4 will only go one-level deep when looking for script mods.
If you’re updating the MC mod then make sure you delete all MCCC TS4script and Package files prior to downloading the new versions and extracting them into your mod folder.
For updates, leave your mc_settings.cfg and mc_dresser.cfg files always as they will automatically be updated to new versions without you having to redo all your settings.
When you download your desired mod make sure you UNZIP ALL ZIP files. Place all of the files from within the archives into your mod folder and that’s it.

MC Wohoo Settings
Once you have installed the mod, go to your computer and click on MC Command Center.
Now, click on MC Woohoo, then Woohoo actions and then click on “allow teens” option and enable it.
That is done, go back to the main Woohoo options. Click on Wohoo pregnancy and then click on “Risky Woohoo Percent.”
Set that number to 100. This will allow you to have a 100 percent chance to become pregnant every time you perform a Wohoo.
Now you’re set. One last step before you have teen pregnancy madness. SAVE the game and restart the game.
It a REQUIRE step before the mod take into effect. Remember to save the game.

Once you restarted the game, all the mod’s options should be active and ready to go.
Make sure you have the desire Sim close by before performing the Wohoo.
Go to a near double bed and the Woohoo option for your teenager should appear.
Once they are done with the freaky stuff, then send your teenage girl to the toilet to perform a pregnancy test. And wall-aah, she is pregnant!
